Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the components in their original anti-static packaging or equivalent protective materials to prevent ESD damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated processing facility using a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item condition and serial numbers, your refund or store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days.
